When does registration open?

Registration will open on September 12, 2017.  Please visit the registration page for details.

How can I register at the member rate?

To register at the member rate, you must hold a current membership with the Society.  If you do not have a membership with the Society or your membership has lapsed, please click here to select your membership type and join or renew.  Once your dues have been paid, your registration fee for the meeting will automatically be charged at the member rate.

What is included with the registration fee?

How do I cancel my registration?

Please email if you need to cancel your registration.  Note that a $75 administrative fee will be applied to any cancellations. No refund for cancellations received after March 16, 2018.  


Is there a fee for submitting an abstract?

There are no fees associated with submitting an abstract for the Annual Meeting.  For guidelines and further information, click here.

What is the deadline for submitting my abstract(s)?

The deadline for abstract submissions is December 11, 2017.

When will I be notified whether my abstract(s) has been accepted?

Notifications will be sent via email on or before January 31, 2018.
